We are currently seeking a highly experienced Operations Lead to oversee manufacturing and operational activities, strengthen supply chain performance, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance across production processes.

Job Summary

The Operations Lead will be responsible for leading manufacturing and operational functions, managing supply chain activities, and supporting product development initiatives. The role requires ensuring timely product delivery, adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and regulatory standards, driving cost efficiencies, and enabling faster product launches for both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead manufacturing and end-to-end operations activities.
  • Oversee supply chain management, production planning, inventory, and third-party logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP standards, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain quality control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and market launches.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising product quality.
  • Monitor operational performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • 5–8 years of hands-on operations experience within the beauty or FMCG industry.
  • Strong experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and SOP implementation.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to work across multiple functions.
  • Solid background in supply chain operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
  • Good knowledge of cosmetic and home fragrance regulatory requirements.
