Future Talent – Business Development Analyst (Lagos, Nigeria)

Tetra Pak is currently inviting applications from motivated graduates for the Future Talent – Business Development Analyst role as part of its 2026 Future Talent Programme.

Job Summary

This role is part of Tetra Pak’s Future Talent Programme — an 18-month structured trainee programme designed to accelerate professional growth and provide hands-on exposure across multiple business functions.

Successful candidates will receive a permanent position starting in September 2026 and participate in an individually tailored development programme that includes training, job rotations, and collaboration with global teams. Although based in Lagos, the role operates within a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM systems and SAP records, ensuring high data accuracy.
  • Track KPIs and generate dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel.
  • Support lead generation follow-up activities to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Conduct desktop research and collaborate with Field Sales Executives to gather market intelligence.
  • Monitor and report business development activities against defined KPIs.
  • Engage stakeholders to close gaps in tools, data, and business processes.
  • Support market and competitive analysis in collaboration with the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field (graduated in 2025 or 2026).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • 0–1 year of experience in business development, analytics, or related roles (internships included).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
