We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: IT Officer
Location: Enugu

Reports to: IT Manager
Job Summary
- The IT Officer is responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners in all locations. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Providing technical support across the company.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring the company’s computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Testing new technology
- Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the business.
- Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements.
- Possibly training more junior staff members
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Keeping records of all IT-related equipment
- Working with the internet service providers to ensure seamless internet connection in all locations.
- Ensuring that the call centre solution works perfectly well.
- Ensuring that the CUG lines are active.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Any other job that might be assigned by the IT manager
Experience & Qualifications
- HND or B.Sc in any discipline
- A higher degree will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of two years experience in a relevant field Knowledge of customer service experience in the aviation industry will be an advantage
- Must be able to work late hours and multi task.
