Key Responsibilities (Job Role)
- Develop and oversee daily crew rosters while ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Closely monitor flight schedules and make prompt adjustments to crew assignments in response to operational changes or disruptions.
- Track crew availability, leave requests, and training schedules to avoid conflicts and maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of crew schedules, duty logs, and any irregularities using relevant software.
- Respond effectively to crew inquiries regarding schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts professionally.
- Notify crew members of schedule updates and changes in a clear, timely, and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with the Operations Control Center to resolve crew-related operational challenges swiftly.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards, including duty time limitations and mandatory rest periods as prescribed by NCAA and company guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BSc or HND qualification in any relevant discipline.
- Valid NCAA Flight Dispatch License (mandatory).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar crew scheduling or flight operations role.
- Familiarity with crew management systems such as AIMS or Jeppesen and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, especially in a fast-paced, high-pressure aviation environment.
