Programme Overview

The Graduate Trainee Programme provides an opportunity for young professionals to gain practical exposure to business transformation and organizational development projects. Participants will collaborate with experienced consultants, support client engagements, and develop structured problem-solving and analytical skills required to thrive in dynamic business environments.

The People & Change team focuses on areas such as culture transformation, talent management, workforce intelligence, HR transformation, organization design, and executive search services. Successful candidates will contribute to projects that help organizations navigate digital disruption and evolving workforce demands.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of five (5) O’ Level credits including English and Mathematics.
  • Applicants must be under 28 years of age at the time of application.
  • Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Must not have taken the KPMG aptitude test within the last 12 months.

Additional Information

Successful candidates will commence Training School in September 2026 ahead of the new financial year beginning 1st October 2026. Multiple applications will result in disqualification.
