From its humble beginnings as a small Montessori school with just 3 pupils, the school has grown into a first-class institution offering world-class education from the foundation stage through to post-secondary levels. With campuses in Anthony Village, Lekki (Awoyaya), Ikoyi, and its special needs campus (Anthos House) in Jakande, Greensprings continues to provide progressive and high-quality education to over 2,500 students.

Programme Overview

Greensprings School is inviting applications from passionate and qualified young graduates for its 2026/2027 Graduate Trainee Programme. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are enthusiastic about teaching and education to build a rewarding career in a dynamic and progressive school environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Second Class Lower Degree in Education, or B.Sc / B.A / B.Tech with PGDE / PDE / NCE in a related field
  • First Degree in Early Childhood Education is an added advantage for Preschool roles
  • Graduates of Special Education or related courses are strongly encouraged to apply for Anthos House (Special Needs) and the Learning Support Department
  • Passion for working with children, especially those with special needs
  • Maximum of 1–3 years post-NYSC experience
  • Age: 20 – 30 years
