Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦400,000 per month

Job Summary

IFS is looking for a talented Graphic Artist to design interactive online content and maintain a smooth digital presence across its website and social media channels. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with functionality to produce eye-catching, brand-consistent designs for marketing campaigns, promotional events, and digital communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage interactive online content including email templates, social media graphics, and ebooks.
  • Prepare project briefs and present design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and grow the company’s social media presence with visually engaging content.
  • Measure and report performance of digital campaigns, optimizing ROI and KPIs.
  • Identify trends and implement new digital growth strategies.
  • Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests for campaigns and landing pages.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Advise on visual strategy for campaigns, projects, and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in professional digital design roles.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with strong audience-targeting skills.
  • Proficient in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or equivalents.
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Strong portfolio of previous digital design work.
  • Excellent organizational and team collaboration skills.
