Role Overview

The Events Coordinator will provide leadership and operational oversight to ensure successful execution of brand events and marketing activations. The role focuses on delivering measurable brand performance indicators such as brand visibility, consumer engagement, digital performance metrics, and return on investment from events and influencer activities.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with sales teams, marketing units, and external partners to plan and execute high-impact events that strengthen brand awareness and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage company events from concept development to execution.
  • Supervise event setup, staffing, logistics coordination, and operational delivery.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to define event objectives and performance expectations.
  • Develop event budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination strategies.
  • Monitor event outcomes and prepare post-event performance reports.
  • Support year-round brand activation initiatives alongside marketing teams.
  • Ensure strong product visibility and brand representation during events.
  • Track competitive pricing and benchmarking trends regionally.
  • Drive effective product promotion and brand recall opportunities.
  • Ensure proper branding and cold product availability during indoor and outdoor events.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in event management or marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
