Role Summary
The Duty Agent plays a frontline role in airport operations by managing passenger check-in queues and ensuring smooth handling of booking and ticketing activities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage check-in queues and ensure passengers receive timely assistance.

- Provide travel suggestions and assist customers with booking decisions.

- Maintain and update Passenger Name Records (PNR) and booking information.
- Determine seat availability and confirm travel dates requested by customers.
- Send fare quotations and booking confirmations via email.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports at the end of each shift.
- Handle post-departure documentation and front-desk operational tasks.
- Provide essential travel information including schedules and terminal details.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally while ensuring satisfaction.
- Promote customer loyalty through excellent service delivery.
- Perform additional duties assigned by Airport or Duty Managers.
